Alright first thing is first, you can and will find pr0n but you have to look for it. These provided will find lost of things from security cams,traffic cams to yes open pr0n cams (/me wonders how fast Stun will find and use this article

I personally enjoyed watching 2 minutes of cars driving through an intersection somewhere in Ohio 
then I found some teendream webcam open and might have looked there for a minute or two
Just copy each line into Google search bar and see what comes up:)
